Reset

Good day to you my friends and family, welcome to another edition of keys2unlock. I pray you are doing well and remaining in great health and safety. I also pray that you will enjoy the reading on today that it blesses you, helps you and encourages you. Let’s dive right in to this encouraging message.

                Let us journey to some years ago, back in 1983ish when old school Nintendo came out it had the reset button and the power button with the flip up door for the game cartridges to go in. So, does anyone remember when the game wouldn’t load? Yeah, you get that gray/white screen or the screen would come up garbled. As an 8- or 9-year-old back then hit the reset button and of course that didn’t work. So, after speaking with a few friends that had the same issue, the “cartridge blow” became the fix for that. You would literally blow into the cartridge and or the inside of the game console and try again to load the game. Sometimes this took several tries to get the game to load. Although this technique is definitely not a proven repair method it seemed to work most of the time.

                While sitting it church a couple of weeks ago as a matter of fact it was the week before Easter. I was praising the Lord in my own way, listening to the songs and then the preached word and “I am resetting, I am resetting, this is what is going on, I am resetting the people.” So, I instantly thought of the Nintendo that I had back in the day. I don’t   know about you but this is how the Lord deals with me. He deals with me in things that relate to me. So, whether you are a believer. I feel as though we are similar to that game cartridge. Blowing into the cartridge is like God blowing His breath/wind into you and over your life. Sometimes when you blow on that cartridge you see dust particles escape into the air which could be the very reason why the game wouldn’t load it needed to be cleaned or blown out. Well, my friend maybe that’s what is holding you back. Maybe that’s what’s holding you and keeping you from moving in your purpose or operating in your purpose. It’s much needed! God is clearing everything out of the way that is holding you or distracting you from operating in what He has established and called for you to be. This is a form of resetting you! Have you ever just felt the wind or breath of God in your own personal space? Well let me tell you that this entire Nation is being reset I will go on to say the World is being reset. Look at what is going on. Things have stopped I mean now things are attempting to go back to normal but for a while, things were stopped. Some churches stopped at least stopped what was normal. We didn’t assemble together and there was no physical contact like before. I know that a lot of people have shared that this is the time to get closer to God and how He shut down a lot of things so that we can all draw closer. Yes, this is a part of the reset. So, stop and think for a moment about your own life. Do you need this reset? As a believer have you been held back by something that has happened to you, or may have been done to you, that caused you to just stop or what you might define as a pause? You paused on the ministry God gave you, or maybe you just paused your time spent with God. Let us say. in this moment God is picking you up saying I don’t know what is wrong with my child they have just stopped; they are just standing there stuck. You ever been watching something on TV and it lost signal? The box has to reacquire the connection to finish playing to movie or show you were watching. That is what is happening God picked you up because you have lost signal and He has to reset you by blowing on and in you. In His breath is life, love, restoration, salvation, deliverance, power, anointing and so much more my God! Whatever you need is in His breath/wind! We need this some of us didn’t stop. Some of us stopped even before the pandemic. The fire needs to be relit inside of you, whatever He gave you in your heart. Are you supposed to start a business, what about that Food Truck to feed the homeless on certain days? Are you supposed to preach or teach, use the gift of gab that God gave you? Whatever it is get moving its for a purpose. If you don’t know what it is pray and ask God to tell you, show you! For many, many years we have heard people say this. “Time is winding up, Time is winding up”. Well because time has been winding up since Jesus was risen every since He got up from the grave. Accept the reset and get moving in your purpose. Allow God to blow the dust of so that you aren’t stagnant, stuck or in the mode of skylarking. No one should desire to be like that.
