Troubleshooting… Stop Easter Egging

Being a technician in the Navy I learned how to troubleshoot a problem with whatever gear I was assigned to work on. In a lot of cases we were taught on our gear or equipment, we had to learn how the equipment operated to know how to begin the troubleshooting process. In most technical manuals at the back is a troubleshooting guide. This guide tells you how to identify and possibly fix the problem. There are technicians out there that follow the guide and there are the ones that know how the equipment works and take other educated measures. Then there is the technique called Easter egging. Where the technician opens up the equipment and just picks a random part and replaces it until the problem is fixed. This process can be very expensive and time consuming and sometimes you cause more damage than what was already there. A lot of us use this method because we don’t want to pay a technician to fix the equipment or we feel like we can fix it ourselves. Truth be told a lot of us don’t want to feel as though someone robbed us because we don’t have the knowledge to ensure the technician is doing the right thing or just trying to make money. No one wants to call the manufacturer of said equipment because they are going to charge overly high prices to fix it or I’ll have to ship it to them and won’t have it for a while or something to that effect. Without realizing it this is how we approach our life issues sometimes. We don’t go to our Father with our issues because of the same reasons. One of the reasons that hits home and maybe it hits home with you as well you are just against admitting it is “It will cost too much”.  So the troubleshooting begins or shall I say the Easter egging begins. You begin picking apart different things in your life to fix the issue the problem is you are creating more damage and making the issue worse. Eventually you just give up and learn to live with the issue and say things like “that’s just how I am if you don’t like it Oh well!” Let me tell you God is not only wanting to help you He is wanting to make you a technician so that you know how to deal with the issue the right way the next time. The technician (you) has access to the Manufacturer (God) somethings can only be fixed by the Manufacturer. Apple has a lot of proprietary parts for their products and they have a reputation of providing a great product to its users. Yes, the parts are or seem expensive, but the quality is proven to be high. If you think of yourself as proprietary to God, where will that put you? I typed all that to type this, stop Easter egging the issues in your life and follow the troubleshooting guide, and take them to the Manufacturer because He can fix it and quite honestly, He can replace it with a new one too not a certified refurbished. Read it for yourself, the woman with the issue of blood stopping easter egging and went to the Master, the Manufacturer, the Saviour, the Healer, the Deliverer, the One true and living God and He fixed it.

This is the short story of the woman with the issue of blood who spent 12 years bleeding and spent all her money going to see physicians who couldn’t heal her. Then she touched the hem of Jesus garment and was healed.
